Refund policy

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Do not send back the items without contacting us first. For return requests, please email info@solvenir.com

Please note that products purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for returns.

Domestic Returns:

Within 7 days from receiving your order to get a refund or store credit (shipping costs not included). To start the return process, email us with the return address and order number. We don't cover return postage, but if you want a prepaid shipping label, we can deduct the cost from your refund. We'll let you know the cost before giving you the label. Make sure to keep a record of your tracking number or get a tracking receipt to show proof if the items get lost.

International Returns:

If you have an international order, you can get a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 7 days of receiving your delivery. You'll need to cover the return postage, and we can't give you a prepaid shipping label for international returns. Make sure to keep a record of your tracking number or get a tracking receipt as we need proof of shipping for refunds.

Damages and Other Order Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. Email info@solvenir.com with your order number and a description of the issue, so we can assess the problem and resolve it accordingly.

Refunds:

We will notify you about the approval of your refund after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method or provided as store credit. Please allow for some processing time by your bank or credit card company.
