Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges, but we do allow refunds for returned products within 30 days of purchase. Please email Solevenir at info@solevenir.com to request a refund.

We have 30 days (from delivery date) to return products bought from our website. All return items have to be unused with labels intact. Please note that Solevenir® do not offer free returns. All Refunds and; Return are subjected to Solevenir's final decision. Please use a shipping company of your choice to return your item(s). We understand there are benefits with free returns but at the same time there is a downside to it as well. We need to protect our planet and excess shipping has a negative impact on the environment.
